Before Your First Visit

If you are first time client, we ask that you complete a new client application before coming in for your pet’s first visit. Here are some tips to make your pets visit as stress-free as possible.

  • Please restrain your pet either by leash or in a pet carrier before entering our waiting room. Some pets are a little nervous when meeting new people or being in new situations. This will make it easier for both your pet and other clients at WVC.
  • If you suspect that your pet has a contagious disease, call us at 979-532-1431 before bringing in your pet. We may have special requirements to reduce exposure to other animals.
  • You may fax in your new client form prior to your visit at 979-532-8697.
